We started working together and the situation became very difficult as time went on. The house was on the verge of foreclosure but Jenn pulled off a deal. She worked very hard with the bank , the lawyers and potential buyers and myself also.
I told her she could quit anytime but she refused. She is not a quitter.
With the economy as it stands today I really didn't expect the house to be sold at all.

Where do we begin? We called you about a house we saw on line, but it had already been sold. You asked a few questions on what we were looking for in a house and before we knew it you had several houses lined up for us to see. When we were torn between 2 houses to put in an offer, you patiently helped us make our decision and we bought the house of our dreams. During the weeks that followed, you helped us to navigate the whole process from securing financing, making the offer, getting the inspection and also giving us some great advice on selling our other house in Rhode Island.
